Streusel Topped Baked Peaches

Peaches are one of my favorite summer treats. These tender fruits can be turned into a fabulous dessert that will have your family begging for more. The sweet streusel topping completes this light summer dessert. Make sure to pick up some vanilla ice cream to enjoy with you Streusel Topped Baked Peaches. Warm peaches + cold ice cream = a dream come true.

How to make Baked Peaches

  1. Slice peaches, and arrange open side up in a baking dish.halves of peaches sitting in a baking white baking dish
  2. Cut together brown sugar, flour, butter, and cinnamon with a pastry cutter or two forks until you have a crumbly texture. Mix in your rolled oats.
  3. Stuff the inside of each peach with a hand full of crumble mixture, and pile high on top of each as well.Halves of peaches sitting, topped with oat streusel topping, in a baking white baking dish
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.

Ingredients
  • 4 peaches halved
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 stick cold butter cut into pieces
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • Honey for drizzling
  • Vanilla ice cream for serving suggestion
Instructions
