They can also be customized to fit your liking. Don’t like black beans? Switch them out for black olives. What to add some spice? Throw some jalapeños on top.

There so many different combos to try! Best of all, you can make these ahead of time and store them in the fridge!

Mexican Bean Dip Cups

Ingredients
1 cup Prepared Guacamole
1 cup Sour Cream
1 cup Salsa
1 (16 oz) can Refried Beans
1 ½ cup Shredded Cheese
1/3 cup Black Beans
1/3 cup Green Onions, diced
1/3 cup roma tomatoes, diced
6 Clear Plastic Cups (8 oz.)
Tortilla Chips for serving

Directions
1. Start with putting a layer of refried beans equally in each cup. Add a layer of guacamole, then a layer of sour cream.

2. Next add on a layer of salsa to each cup. Sprinkle on a layer of shredded cheese into each of the cups. Top with the black beans, green onion, and tomatoes. Serve with tortilla chips.

  • 1/3 cup Black Beans
  • 1/3 cup Green Onions diced
  • 1/3 cup roma tomatoes diced
