Recipe Notes:

  • You can serve your dip at room temperature or even chilled – it depends on personal preference.
  • If you are catering to a large crowd, consider doubling the recipe ingredients.
  • You can thin out any leftover dip with a splash of milk (dairy milk or plant-based milk) and use it to coat pasta or as a delicious sauce to pour over grilled vegetables and meat!
  • Remember to transfer your dip to the refrigerator if it’s been sitting at room temperature for up to 2 hours which will help prevent it from spoiling.
  • It’s best to allow the cream cheese to soften at room temperature before mixing it into the other ingredients. If you’re rushed for time, add the cream cheese (without the foil packaging) to the microwave for a short time on low.
Is this dip gluten free?

Yes, it is! If you add anything like bagel or tortilla chips as something to use to dip into, then make sure that these are gluten-free alternatives instead of the regular flour-based chips.

Can I make this dip ahead of time?

Yes! This dip can be made 1-2 days before serving, stored in the refrigerator, and then served chilled or at room temperature with a selection of sliced veggies, crackers, chips, or pretzels.
