Directions for the marinade:

  2. Using a meat tenderizer, pound the chicken breasts until they are even in thickness. Place the chicken in a 9×13 dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes, turning once halfway through.chicken breast in a baking dish with marinade

Grilling instructions:

  1. Prepare your grill for medium-high direct heat.  Place the chicken on the grill, and cook for 6-8 minutes turning once halfway through cooking time. The chicken is done when the internal temperature reads 165 degrees F.chicken breast on a grill

  • 2 limes zested and juiced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced

  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
