- Using a meat tenderizer, pound the chicken breasts until they are even in thickness. Place the chicken in a 9×13 dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes, turning once halfway through.

- Prepare your grill for medium-high direct heat. Place the chicken on the grill, and cook for 6-8 minutes turning once halfway through cooking time. The chicken is done when the internal temperature reads 165 degrees F.
- When cooked through, remove from heat and let it rest a few minutes before cutting. Serve with extra fresh cilantro and slices of lime to squeeze on top.
