Air Fryer Chicken Egg Rolls with Dipping Sauce
These Air Fryer Chicken Egg Rolls with Dipping Sauce are loaded with tender ground chicken, slaw mix, and various seasonings.
The air fryer does a great job of adding extra crunch to the egg roll wrappers – a delicious contrast when dipping into the homemade honey garlic sauce!
Recipe Notes:
- These egg rolls are perfect as an appetizer or a light lunch.
- This recipe makes 10 egg rolls which you can easily double or triple to serve more people or to turn into a main meal with other side dishes.
- You will likely need to batch cook the egg rolls in the air fryer so that they all get sufficient air circulation.
1. Omit the chicken in your egg rolls and add various veggies for a veggie egg roll instead.
2. Pack these egg rolls with sticky white rice or rice noodles instead of coleslaw.
3. I’ve made my honey garlic sauce to go with these egg rolls, but you can serve these chicken egg rolls with soy sauce or even a sweet chili sauce.
4. Instead of chicken, consider filling these air fryer egg rolls with ground pork or turkey.
