What variations can I make to these chicken egg rolls?

1. Omit the chicken in your egg rolls and add various veggies for a veggie egg roll instead.
2. Pack these egg rolls with sticky white rice or rice noodles instead of coleslaw.
3. I’ve made my honey garlic sauce to go with these egg rolls, but you can serve these chicken egg rolls with soy sauce or even a sweet chili sauce.
4. Instead of chicken, consider filling these air fryer egg rolls with ground pork or turkey.

Can I freeze these eggs rolls?

Yes, you can! Once these egg rolls are completely cooled, add them to an airtight container or Ziploc bag and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge and reheat in the air fryer.
