Easy Roast Beef Sliders
They maybe small, but these little sandwiches pack a ton of flavor. If you need a great appetizer or a quick and easy, lunch – these Easy Roast Beef Sliders are it! You will love these Easy Roast Beef Sliders.
Beef dip, or French dip, is a hot roast-beef sandwich served with a delicious side of “au jus” – beef juice from the roasting process. You dip the sandwich in this juice and it soaks right into both meat and bread, making the whole thing flavorful and melt-in-your mouth tender. To amp up the flavor, it’s often served with melted cheese on top and horseradish mayo.
This juicy blend of flavors is WON-der-ful, but it’s also a lot of trouble to make. Most of the time, roasting a whole slab of beef so you can harvest the juice just isn’t worth it.

But here’s a little secret: you don’t have to roast your own beef to make au jus. In fact, you can buy instant Au Jus mix in a packet at the store and whip your own dipping sauce in a few minutes. Combine this with sliced roast beef from the deli, and you can make beef dip in less than 20 minutes.
My Easy Roast Beef Sliders have everything a great beef dip sandwich should have: the hot, melted cheese, the creamy horseradish, and of course, the au jus. The recipe makes enough sliders for dinner for a family of four, or lunch for a bigger crowd. You start with a package of tray buns or Hawaiian rolls, layer on roast beef, provolone, and of course horseradish for some zing! To make these sliders even more memorable, they are served with a side of Au Jus sauce for dipping.
Can these sliders be made ahead of time?
Yes! You can make these a day before and then bake when you are ready to serve them. Just cover and store them in the fridge.
