Coca Cola Burgers
Coca Cola Burgers consist of homemade beef burger patties with the Coca Cola soda as a key ingredient – providing a delicious sweetness and juiciness to the savory patties.
Assemble these Coca Cola patties on soft hamburger buns with your favorite toppings and enjoy at your next outdoor barbecue.
Recipe Notes:
- You can check that the hamburger patties are cooked through by inserting a food thermometer into the thickest section. It should register at 160F.
- Allowing the hamburger patties to rest for a few minutes after cooking will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, leaving you with super flavorful and juicy patties!
- I’ve made my beef patties from scratch, but you could use store-bought ground beef patties for convenience.
- Serve these burgers with French fries, coleslaw, or a simple green salad.

- Use different ground meat such as ground turkey, ground chicken, or ground pork.
- Whole wheat buns or brioche buns are excellent alternatives to traditional hamburger buns. You could even use lettuce to replace the buns for a low-carb option.
- Cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, or any other favorite cheese can replace the Parmesan cheese in this recipe.
- Use a different sauce instead of French dressing, such as BBQ sauce, mayonnaise, or a spicy sauce.
- Get creative with your preferred selection of toppings for these hamburgers. Consider sliced avocado, crispy bacon, jalapenos, or pickles!
