Can I use frozen shrimp?

Yes. Thaw the shrimp completely and pat them dry before placing them into the baking dish for the best way to prevent excess moisture.

Can I add wine?

Ingredient Notes

Baked Shrimp Scampi ingredients
  • Peeled and deveined shrimp: The star of this dish, using deveined shrimp saves prep time and makes dinner even easier.

  • Fresh garlic: Freshly minced garlic gives the sauce incredible flavor that jarred garlic simply can’t match.
