Ingredients

  • 1 pound peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Minced parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt butter, either in the microwave or on the stove top. Add garlic, and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Place shrimp into baking dish and pour butter mixture over the top. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

  • Place in oven, bake for 9-15 minutes until shrimp is pink in color.

  • Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley. Serve over top of angel hair pasta, drizzle with extra sauce.
