RECIPE TIPS

  • This cheese ball is not suitable for storing in the freezer. If you have leftovers, wrap it tightly again in plastic wrap and store it in the refrigerator for a day or two at most. But be warned, the cheese ball may soften during storage so it’s best to use up in one sitting.
  • Chilling your cheese ball for at least 2 hours to overnight will help it to keep its shape. Don’t make it any further in advance than 24 hours though as you risk moisture softening the cheese ball.
  • Don’t let your cheese ball sit out at room temperature prior to serving. Keep it refrigerated up until the time that you serve it to guests.
