Can I use a bundt pan instead of a loaf pan?

es! A bundt pan works great for this recipe and gives it that classic monkey bread shape. Just make sure to spray it well with nonstick spray and adjust the baking time by a few minutes if needed.

Can I add chocolate chips?

Absolutely. Sprinkle a handful of chocolate chips between the biscuit layers for a chocolate banana twist that is totally delicious.

How do I know when it’s done?

The top of the bread should be golden brown and the biscuit pieces in the center should be cooked through. If the top is browning too quickly, tent it loosely with aluminum foil for the last few minutes.
