Air Fryer BBQ Pulled Pork Taquitos
These Air Fryer BBQ Pulled Pork Taquitos are one of our favorite ways to turn leftover barbecue into a crispy, family friendly meal. Each crispy taquito is filled with saucy pulled pork and melty cheddar cheese, then cooked with hot air until perfectly golden brown. Whether you’re planning an easy dinner, prepping for game day, or serving snacks for the big game, this cooking method delivers big flavor without pulling out the deep fryer. My whole family loves dipping these in extra barbecue sauce or sour cream and calling it one of our favorite Mexican meals with a BBQ twist. If you’re always on the lookout for new recipes to share on social media, this one is a keeper.

Chicken instead of pork: Swap in shredded chicken tossed with BBQ sauce for a lighter option.
Different cheese: Try sharp cheddar cheese, Colby jack, or even pepper jack for extra kick.
Spice it up: Add chili powder, garlic powder, or a splash of hot sauce to the pork mixture.
Bean boost: Mix in refried beans or black beans for extra protein and flavor.
Low-carb option: Use low-carb tortillas available at many grocery stores.
Ingredient Notes

- Pulled Pork: Tender shredded pork shoulder mixed with your favorite BBQ flavor makes the hearty base of these taquitos.
- Barbecue Sauce: Adds smoky sweetness and keeps the pork mixture juicy inside each tortilla.
- Fajita-Size Flour Tortillas: Soft flour tortillas roll easily and crisp up beautifully in the air fryer basket.
- Colby Jack or Sharp Cheddar Cheese: Melty cheese binds the filling together and adds rich flavor to every bite.
