  • 1/8 cup Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano divided
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 medium yellow onion diced
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 28 oz diced canned tomatoes not drained
  • ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons minced parsley
