How to Make Air Fryer Burgers

Homemade hamburgers couldn’t be easier!

- To get a perfectly even hamburger patty, make an indentation in the center of each patty (either with the back of a spoon or with your thumb). This will prevent the patties from rising too much in the center during cooking.
- For a low-carb version of this recipe, simply omit the hamburger bun and serve your patty on a bed of lettuce or on top of a cooked mushroom.
- If you want to enjoy air fryer fries with this air fryer hamburger, then make the fries prior to cooking the patty and then set them aside. You can then add them back to the air fryer basket for 3-4 minutes to heat up once your patties have finished cooking. Alternatively, make your fries in the oven.
How to Make Air Fryer Burgers
- In a medium bowl, combine ground beef and seasonings until well combined. Don’t over work the meat though, it will become tough.
- Divide beef into 4 equal portions, roll into balls and form into patties.
- Preheat Air Fryer to 370 degrees F. Add patties in a single layer into the basket.
- Cook for 6-7 minutes, flip burgers and continue cooking until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F, about 3-5 minutes.
- If you are using cheese add to burgers. Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
