Yes, you can use a slow cooker or instant pot for convenience. Cook on low heat for 6-8 hours in a slow cooker or use the manual setting on the instant pot oh high pressure for 20 minutes.

What should I serve with this turkey meat sauce?

We love to serve our sauce with traditional pasta, zucchini noodles, polenta, rice or quinoa.

Absolutely! Ground beef, ground pork, or a combination can be used. However, using lean ground turkey or turkey mince is a great option for a lower fat content and a healthier bolognese sauce.

What can I use instead of red wine?

If you prefer not to use red wine, you can substitute it with additional chicken broth, vegetable broth, or a splash of balsamic vinegar for a similar depth of flavor.

How should you store leftover sauce?

Store any leftover sauce in an airtight container in the fridge. It can last for up to 3-4 days or be frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat gently on the stove for a quick weeknight dinner.
