1lbground beef
1tablespoonolive oil
1medium yellow oniondiced
1green bell pepperdiced
½cupbeef broth
1tablespoonworcestershire
1tablespooncornstarch
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoonkosher salt
½teaspoonground black pepper
1cupshredded provolone or mozzarella cheese

Instructions
Warm the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the onions and peppers to the pan and saute for 3-4 minutes until the onions are translucent and softened.
Add the ground beef to the skillet with the peppers and onions and cook until crumbled and cooked through. Drain any excess grease.
Whisk together the beef broth, worcestershire and cornstarch, and pour into the skillet. Add the remaining seasonings and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened. Remove from the heat.
