  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium yellow onion diced
  • 1 green bell pepper diced
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Warm the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the onions and peppers to the pan and saute for 3-4 minutes until the onions are translucent and softened.
