Brownie Popsicles

Fudgy brownies cut into popsicle shapes, dipped in colorful candy melts, and covered in sprinkles. An easy 6-ingredient summer dessert that won't melt.

Ingredients

  • 18 oz pkg. Fudge Brownies prepared
  • 3/4 cup Wilton Chocolate Melting Discs White
  • 3/4 cup Wilton Chocolate Melting Discs Pink
  • 3/4 cup Wilton Chocolate Melting Discs Brown
  • Popsicle Sticks
  • 4 Tbsp Jimmies or Sprinkles

Instructions

  • Cut out six popsicle shaped brownies. I made mine about 3 inches long and rounded the top edges.

  • Next, melt each chocolate color in the microwave. Heat each for 30 seconds at a time, and stir after each time until chocolate is completely melted. Dip brownies in the pink, white or milk chocolate, leaving the bottom ½ of the brownie uncovered.

  • Sprinkle the jimmies or sprinkles on each popsicle and let set until the chocolate is hard. Gently push a popsicle stick into each brownie at the end that you left with no chocolate.
