Cut out six popsicle shaped brownies. I made mine about 3 inches long and rounded the top edges.
Next, melt each chocolate color in the microwave. Heat each for 30 seconds at a time, and stir after each time until chocolate is completely melted. Dip brownies in the pink, white or milk chocolate, leaving the bottom ½ of the brownie uncovered.
Sprinkle the jimmies or sprinkles on each popsicle and let set until the chocolate is hard. Gently push a popsicle stick into each brownie at the end that you left with no chocolate.
