Instructions
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente, then rinse with cold water and drain well. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, tuna, tomatoes, celery, red onion, peas, and fresh dill.
In a small bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until everything is well coated. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with extra dill or fresh parsley before serving.
