- 3 lbs. sirloin steak cut into bite-sized chunks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil to sear beef
- 1 onion diced
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 oz. envelope au jus gravy
- 1 oz. envelope ranch seasoning mix
- 1 stick butter 8 tablespoons
- 1 cup low sodium or unsalted beef broth
- 1 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
- ¼ cup pepperoncini juice
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil. Sear steak bites for 2-3 minutes on both sides until browned.
Transfer to crockpot.
Top with onions, garlic, au jus gravy, ranch seasoning, butter, pepperoncini peppers with juice, and beef broth.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Stir before serving.
