- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 teaspoon minced garlic
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- ⅓ cup roasted red peppers sliced
- ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- ½ cup chopped spinach
Place chicken breasts into the bottom of a 6 quart or larger slow cooker.
Combine salt, Italian seasoning, paprika, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix and sprinkle over the chicken breasts.
Add cream, garlic, cornstarch, salt and pepper to a medium sized bowl and whisk until well combined.
Stir the roasted red peppers and parmesan cheese into the cream mixture and pour over the chicken in the slow cooker.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 7-8 hours or until your chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F degrees.
Once the chicken has cooked, stir the fresh spinach into the sauce .
Serve immediately with rice or pasta, enjoy!
