Slow Cooker Chicken and Noodles Recipe

- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 onion diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 3 ½ cups chicken broth
- ½ cup butter
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
- ¼ teaspoon dried sage
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 16 oz dried homestyle egg noodles
- Chopped parsley for topping
Place chicken breasts into the Crockpot. Add onion, garlic, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth.
Top with butter and seasonings. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2 ½-3 hours.
Remove chicken and shred with two forks.
Return shredded chicken to the crock pot along with the egg noodles.
Stir well, cover, and cook an additional 30 minutes until noodles are tender.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
