Streusel Topped Baked Peaches

  • 4 peaches halved
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 stick cold butter cut into pieces
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • Honey for drizzling
  • Vanilla ice cream for serving suggestion


  • Slice peaches, and arrange open side up in a baking dish.
  • Cut together brown sugar, flour, butter, and cinnamon with a pastry cutter or two forks until you have a crumbly texture. Mix in your rolled oats.
  • Stuff the inside of each peach with a hand full of crumble mixture, and pile high on top of each as well.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Serve with a drizzle of honey and a scoop of ice cream.
