Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375° F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Whisk together the flour, pumpkin spice, baking soda, and salt in a medium mixing bowl, set it aside.
Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in your mixer on medium speed until it is light and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
Add in the vanilla and eggs, mix just until the eggs are incorporated.
Turn the mixer down to low and slowly add in the flour mixture. Add in the white chocolate chips and pumpkin spice chips, stir just until combined.
Scoop about two tablespoons of cookie dough onto an ungreased sheet pan, making sure to keep them about two inches apart.
