  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter room temperature
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs room temperature
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup pumpkin spice chips

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375° F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Whisk together the flour, pumpkin spice, baking soda, and salt in a medium mixing bowl, set it aside.

  • Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in your mixer on medium speed until it is light and fluffy, about 5 minutes.

  • Add in the vanilla and eggs, mix just until the eggs are incorporated.

  • Turn the mixer down to low and slowly add in the flour mixture. Add in the white chocolate chips and pumpkin spice chips, stir just until combined.

  • Scoop about two tablespoons of cookie dough onto an ungreased sheet pan, making sure to keep them about two inches apart.
