- 3.4 oz cheesecake instant pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup crushed pineapple with juice
- 8 oz Cool whip
- 10 oz bag colored mini marshmallows
- 1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
- Marshmallow peeps and extra coconut flakes for garnish
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cheesecake pudding mix and milk. Whisk or mix with a hand mixer until thickened and set.
Stir in the crushed pineapple (juice and all) and coconut flakes.
Gently fold in the Cool Whip, mini marshmallows until fully combined and fluffy.
Spoon into a large bowl for serving.
Garnish with bunny peeps, peeps bunnies, and a sprinkle of extra coconut for that next level Easter flair!
