Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
Sauté onion, garlic, carrots, and celery until softened.
Add wild rice blend, raw chicken, chicken broth, white wine, and seasonings.
Simmer for 45-50 minutes until the hearty wild rice is tender.
