  • 14 oz can White Corn drained
  • 1 Poblano Pepper seeded and diced
  • 1 Red Pepper Seeded and diced
  • 1 small Red Onion diced
  • 1 small Green Pepper diced
  • 1 Jalapeño seeded and diced
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro chopped
  • 2 Limes freshly squeezed
  • 1 Lemon freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
