Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spiral pasta
  • 3/4 cup diced red bell peppers
  • 3/4 cup diced yellow bell peppers
  • 3/4 cup diced green bell peppers
  • 3/4 diced cucumbers
  • 1/3 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup cubed mozzarella cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Italian dressing

Instructions

  • Cook pasta until al dente, according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water. Drain well, and set aside.
