Cheeseburger Meatball Bombs

Ingredients

  • 8 oz can biscuits
  • 4 slices American cheese quartered
  • 16 frozen beef meatballs thawed
  • 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds

For the sauce:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
  • ½ teaspoon yellow mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375F degrees. Mix sauce ingredients together until well combined and set aside.
  • Unroll the biscuit dough into one full sheet and roll or press into a 15x7 rectangle.
  • Slice 16 rectangles out of the large sheet of dough.
  • Add a quarter of a cheese slice to the center of a rectangle, followed by a thawed meatball.
  • Wrap the dough around the meatball and pinch the seams closed. Repeat the process with the remaining dough.
  • Grease a round cake pan and place the dough balls seam side down into the pan.
  • Generously brush the tops of the dough with butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until the dough is cooked through and golden brown.
  • Allow the cheeseburger bombs to slightly cool before serving. Serve with the prepared sauce, enjoy!
