Ingredients
8ozcan biscuits
4slicesAmerican cheesequartered
16frozen beef meatballsthawed
2tablespoonsmelted unsalted butter
2teaspoonssesame seeds
For the sauce:
½cupmayonnaise
2tablespoonsketchup
1tablespoondill pickle relish
½teaspoonyellow mustard
¼teaspoongarlic powder
¼teaspoononion powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F degrees. Mix sauce ingredients together until well combined and set aside.
Unroll the biscuit dough into one full sheet and roll or press into a 15x7 rectangle.
Slice 16 rectangles out of the large sheet of dough.
Add a quarter of a cheese slice to the center of a rectangle, followed by a thawed meatball.
Wrap the dough around the meatball and pinch the seams closed. Repeat the process with the remaining dough.
Grease a round cake pan and place the dough balls seam side down into the pan.
Generously brush the tops of the dough with butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until the dough is cooked through and golden brown.
Allow the cheeseburger bombs to slightly cool before serving. Serve with the prepared sauce, enjoy!
