Ingredients
3/4cupbuttersoftened to room temperature
1egg
1egg yolk
1tbsp.vanilla extract
1/2cupgranulated sugar
1cuppacked brown sugar
1/2tspbaking soda
2Cupsflour
1/2Cuphot cocoa mix
1/2Cupchocolate chips
1/4cupKraft Mallow Bits
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the softened butter, egg, egg yolk, vanilla extract and sugars.
Fold in the flour, baking soda and hot cocoa mix.
Add in the chocolate chips and mallow bits.
Place the dough in the fridge to firm up for about 15-20 minutes.
Use a 2" cookie scoop to scoop the cookie dough into balls and place 2-3" a part on a baking sheet.
