Cheesy Baked Pickle Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pickles drained and patted dry
  • Salt black pepper, and garlic powder, to taste (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Spoon 1 tablespoon of cheese into each well of a muffin tin.
  • Over the cheese, place two to three pickles. Top with another tablespoon of cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until crispy.
  • Place on paper towel to remove excess grease.
  • Serve with ranch dressing.
