- 1 ¾ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sliced pickles drained and patted dry
- Salt black pepper, and garlic powder, to taste (optional)
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Spoon 1 tablespoon of cheese into each well of a muffin tin.
Over the cheese, place two to three pickles. Top with another tablespoon of cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until crispy.
Place on paper towel to remove excess grease.
Serve with ranch dressing.
