2TablespoonsButter or Olive Oil
3cupsChickenchopped
2TablespoonsRanch Seasoningdivided, or more to taste
28ozbag Frozen Tater Tots
4ozCream Cheesesoftened
1cupSour Creammore as needed
1/2cupMayonnaise
2cupsCheddar Cheesedivided
2SlicesBaconchopped
2Green Onionschopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Place butter or olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Season the chopped chicken with 1 Tablespoon ranch seasoning and cook in the hot skillet until browned all over and chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F.
Remove chicken from heat.
Place the tater tots in a 9" x 13" casserole dish. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise. Season with remaining Tablespoon ranch seasoning.
Stir in the chicken and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese.
Pour the chicken mixture into the casserole dish and mix with the tater tots to combine.
Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese over the casserole and top with chopped bacon and green onions.
