- 16 ounce roll bulk sausage cooked, crumbled, and drained well
- 16 ounce block Velveeta cheese cubed
- 8 ounce packages cream cheese cubed
- 20 ounces Rotel tomatoes with chilies
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro stems removed and finely chopped
- Tortilla chips for serving
Place all of the ingredients into a 4 quart slow cooker.
Cover and cook, stirring often, on low for 3 to 4 hours or until completely melted.
Serve with tortilla chips.
