Crockpot Chili Mac
This Crockpot Chili Mac recipe is one of my go-to ‘set-and-forget’ winter warming recipes! Filling, easy to make and a family favorite!
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion diced
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cup beef broth
- 14 oz cans beans of choice
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- Salt to taste
- 2 cups elbow noodles uncooked
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned throughout.
Place cooked ground beef in your crockpot and add in the onion, garlic, beans, tomato sauce, broth and broth. Add the seasoning to taste, then stir to combine completely.
Secure lid on crockpot and set to high for 3 hours.
In the last 20 minutes of cooking, stir in the elbow noodles and cook until they reach your desired consistency.
