Crockpot Chili Mac

This Crockpot Chili Mac recipe is one of my go-to ‘set-and-forget’ winter warming recipes! Filling, easy to make and a family favorite!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 14 oz cans beans of choice
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 cups elbow noodles uncooked

Instructions

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned throughout.
  • Place cooked ground beef in your crockpot and add in the onion, garlic, beans, tomato sauce, broth and broth. Add the seasoning to taste, then stir to combine completely.
  • Secure lid on crockpot and set to high for 3 hours.
  • In the last 20 minutes of cooking, stir in the elbow noodles and cook until they reach your desired consistency.
  • Serve with your favorite chili toppings.
