Grilled Potato Wedges

Grilled Potato Wedges aren't tricky to make at all! In fact, in just 15 minutes and with minimal ingredients, you can make crispy grilled potato wedges.

  • 2-3 pounds white russet potatoes
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional
  • Coarse salt for garnish optional
  • Your favorite dipping sauce optional


  1. Wash potatoes and cut into wedges
  2. Place in baking dish or large bowl
  3. Drizzle with oil. Combine spices and sprinkle about half over potatoes
  4. Toss to coat and add more oil and spices
  5. Preheat grill to medium-high heat or 350 degrees F
  6. Coat grates with canola or vegetable oil
  7. Place potato wedges directly on grates
  8. Cook 12-15 minutes, turning every 4-5 minutes and cook until fork tender
  9. Cooking time will vary depend on thickness and size of potatoes
  10. Serve immediately with parsley, salt and dipping sauce, if desired
  11. Store leftovers in refrigerator
