Ingredients
1pizza crust dough13–16 oz
1lbground beeflean
1teaspoonseasoned salt
1/2teaspoonpepper
1medium onionthinly sliced
1/3cupsteak sauceA1
2tablespoonsbutter
1TBWorcestershire sauce
1cupshredded Italian cheese blend
1/2cupThousand Island dressing
2cupssharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high 2–3 minutes. Add ground beef, seasoned salt, and pepper; brown 5–7 minutes, stirring to crumble meat, or until no pink remains.
Drain off excess grease. Stir steak sauce into meat and remove meat from the pan.
Place butter in same pan, then add onions and Worcestershire sauce; cook over a medium heat for about 8 minutes or until soft and well browned.
Flour hands lightly and pat dough evenly into lightly greased or nonstick pizza pan. (Or turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and roll to desired thinness.)
Combine shredded cheese and dressing and spread over pizza crust.
Arrange meat over dressing and then spread cooked onions over meat.
Top with cheddar cheese and return to oven; bake 18–20 minutes or until cheese melts.
