Time for those scissors. Cut out 2 pieces of your burlap. They should be 8” by 5”.

Heat up your hot glue gun. Put your pieces of burlap on top of each other and wait until the glue is just right. You’ll want to glue the burlap together, but make sure to leave one of the shorter sides unglued. This will eventually be your top where you can stuff all your goodies.

Grab that piece of felt. You’ll need to cut it out into a small triangle. Hot glue the triangle to the side, somewhere in the middle. Now you have a nose for your scarecrow!

Take a pair of goggly eyes and hot glue them somewhere above the nose. Watch those eyes wiggle!

Next, you’ll want some raffia. Knot the raffia together to create a straw-like bow tie. Hot glue the bow tie somewhere towards the bottom of your bag. Your scarecrow is now officially party ready!

Finally, grab that black fabric paint. Don’t worry if you're not the next Picasso, this is pretty simple. Draw a smile in between the nose and bow tie. Once you're done with that, make small lines across the mouth, making it look like stitches. Wait for the pain to dry.
