Preheat oven to 350 degrees F Line a muffin tray with silicone liners and spray with cooking oil. (Highly recommend using silicone liners for this to prevent brownies from sticking.)

In a medium-sized bowl, use an electric mixer to beat together the Nutella and eggs until completely combined.

Use a cookie scoop to portion out the brownie batter into the prepared cupcake liners.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until tops are cracked and an inserted toothpick comes out with just a few crumbs attached to it (no wet batter).

Allow to cool completely before removing brownies from the liners.
