carrots
peeled and sliced

tablespoon
olive oil

cup
butter

tablespoons
brown sugar
packed
2
tablespoons
honey
1
clove
garlic
smashed and minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley to garnish
Instructions
Over medium-high heat add olive oil and butter in a frying pan until butter is melted
Add carrots, brown sugar, honey and garlic to a frying pan and stir to combine.
Cook for 8-10 minutes or until tender, tossing several times for even cooking
Add salt and pepper to taste
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve
