Preheat oven to 350
degrees F
Slice the tray buns horizontally, still keeping them attached. Set the “lid” of the buns aside. At this point, it’s a good idea to place the buns in the baking sheet that you will bake them in. Makes for easier handling.
Spread the horseradish sauce all over the top of the bottom portion of the buns
Lay the roast beef evenly, over top the horseradish sauce
Lay the provolone slices over the roast beef
Put the “lid” of the buns back on top of the provolone
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic and seasoning
Brush it evenly all over the tops of the buns
Bake in the oven for 8 – 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the buns are warmed through.
10 Meanwhile, prepare the package of Au Jus according to the directions.
1When the sliders are cooked, remove from the oven and separate individually and pour individual portions of the au jus into little bowls for dipping.
