Ingredients

  • 1 pkg tray buns
  • 8 slices provolone
  • 10 oz roast beef deli style, sliced
  • 3 tbsp creamy horseradish
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • ½ tsp fresh garlic minced
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 pkg Au Jus

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350
 degrees F
  • Slice the tray buns horizontally, still keeping them attached. Set the “lid” of the buns aside. At this point, it’s a good idea to place the buns in the baking sheet that you will bake them in. Makes for easier handling.
  • Spread the horseradish sauce all over the top of the bottom portion of the buns
  • Lay the roast beef evenly, over top the horseradish sauce
  • Lay the provolone slices over the roast beef
  • Put the “lid” of the buns back on top of the provolone
  • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic and seasoning
  • Brush it evenly all over the tops of the buns
  • Bake in the oven for 8 – 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the buns are warmed through.
  • 10 Meanwhile, prepare the package of Au Jus according to the directions.
  • 1When the sliders are cooked, remove from the oven and separate individually and pour individual portions of the au jus into little bowls for dipping.
