2poundssirloin steakcut into 1 to 2 inch pieces
3tablespoonstaco seasoning blend
1/2 cup olive oil
2green bell peppersseeded and cut into 1 to 2 inch pieces
2red bell peppersseeded and cut into 1 to 2 inch pieces
1white onioncut into 1 to 2 inch pieces
Instructions
In a gallon size freezer bag, combine the meat and seasoning. Close the bag and shake until the meat is well coated. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
Prepare the skewers by alternating the vegetables and meat.
Prepare the grill to medium high heat. Carefully oil the grill grates.
Place the skewers on the prepared grill and cook, covered for 10 minutes or until the beef has reached desired doneness, flipping the skewers halfway through the cook time.
