This Dill Pickle Pasta Salad is an ideal summertime pasta dish that requires minimal stovetop time and pairs beautifully with all kinds of grilled meat and other main dishes.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 1/2 cups mayo
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon dill
  • 1 cup dill relish
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  • Boil pasta as directed on the package. Strain. Add cold water and let sit for 3 minutes strain. The pasta should be full cooled down.
  • Add in mayo, sour cream, dill, dill relish, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir well.
  • Keep cold until ready to serve. I recommend chilling pasta salad for at least 30 minutes for all the flavors to develop.
