- 3 cups carrots sliced
- 1/3 cup butter melted
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt to taste
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1-2 teaspoons dried thyme
Preheat oven to 375F
In an ovenproof dish, toss the carrots with the melted butter, then season with the brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and thyme.
Bake carrots for 25-35 minutes, stirring approximately every 10 minutes, tunil cooked to your personal preference.
