2poundsground chuck
1smalloniondiced
1cupketchup
15ozcan of tomato sauce
¼cupapple cider vinegar
1tablespoonbrown sugar
1teaspoonworcestershire sauce
1teaspoononion powder
1teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Program the electric pressure cooker to “saute” mode until hot. Add the ground beef and cook until it begins to brown, crumbling as it cooks. Stir in the onion and continue cooking until the ground beef is completely cooked and the onions are soft. Cancel the saute mode. Using a spoon, remove any excessive grease.
Stir in the remaining ingredients until combined.
Cover the electric pressure cooker and set the valve to sealing. Program the electric pressure cooker using the manual or “pressure cook” mode for 10 minutes. Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes prior to performing a quick release of the remaining pressure.
Serve the chili dog sauce over hot dogs, tater tots, and/or fries. Garnish with your choice of onions, cheese, bacon, etc.
