- ¾ cup unsalted butter, softened (1 ½ sticks )
- 1 & ¼ cups brown sugar packed
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg room temperature
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¾ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Topping - Optional
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz container whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray 12 inch round pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, milk and vanilla until smooth and fluffy
Add egg and beat until well combined
In a small bowl, whisk together flour, salt and baking soda
Add dry mixture to wet ingredients and mix until well combined
Stir in chocolate chips
Spread evenly into prepared pan leaving about ½ inch around the edge
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until edges are golden brown
Cool completely on wire rack
For Topping
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy
Add powdered sugar and vanilla and beat until creamy
Fold in whipped topping
Spread onto cooled cookie pizza
Add your favorite toppings
Serve immediately
Store leftovers in airtight container in refrigerator
